How do I switch from admin mode to patient mode?
Admin Mode
When you are in admin mode, you should see "Admin Portal" next to the CareATC logo.
You should also see CareATC admin features in your sidebar menu and main portal homepage menu, such as Care Center and Member Search.
Changing to Patient Mode
To change modes, simply click on your name in the top right corner of the portal. This will open a small menu.
Click "Change to Patient Mode."
Patient Mode
Now, you should see the patient logo and be able to access your patient features, such as medical records and patient scheduling.
