How do I switch from patient mode to admin mode?
Patient Mode
When you are in patient mode, you should see "Patient Portal" next to the CareATC logo.
You should also see patient features in your sidebar menu and main portal homepage menu, such as medical records and patient scheduling.
Changing to Admin Mode
To change modes, simply click on your name in the top right corner of the portal. This will open a small menu.
Click "Change to Admin Mode."
Admin Mode
Now, you should see the admin logo and be able to access your CareATC admin features, such as Care Center and Member Search.
