How to Set up Mid-Level Review in Portal

Adding a New Collaborating Provider or Nurse Practitioner

  • Credentialing Specialist will configure the Mid Level Review application
  • Credentialing Specialist will send instructions and contract to new Collaborating Provider
  • EMR Team will add the Collaborating Provider or Nurse Practitioner to the 'Provider' role
  • If Collaborating Provider is not a CareATC employee, EMR team may need to send the provider their portal username and password. See template below:

Adding a new Provider Admin user (This user MUST have Jackie's permission to have this level of access.  The user will be able to see all Mid-Level Review data for all providers.)

  • EMR Team adds user to 'Provider Admin' role
  • EMR Team add Provider Admin to feature set 25 (If you do not have sql access, send a ticket to Support and Software Development will add the feature set)

The link and username/password below will give you access to the CareATC patient portal and the Mid-Level review application. 
Username - 
Password - 
To update your password, log into the portal and click your name at the top right. Click Username & Password and enter your current and new password information. 
Encounters for review will be available in the portal on the 10th day of next month.  If you have any problems accessing the application, please email emrsupport@careatc.com
