PaySpan User Creation

The Following Documents Provides Steps to Create a New PaySpan User:

Navigate to https://pfe.payspanhealth.com/Administration/Account/Login and go to Admin > Users

From the User Interface select Add User

Next fill out the appropriate fields to add a clinic employee:

The Location Access needs to be site specific - the template shows the Tulsa Near Site Locations as of 01/22/2018. All fields need to be filled out and a default location needs to be saved. Make sure to enable Commerce Point-of-Care and assign Clinic Staff as the Role (these roles may change depending on who is needing access). 

Click Save and User has been created!

Clicking save will send an email to the user for them to set up their account.
