Change Zoom Phone Audio Settings

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right of the Zoom app
  2. Select 'Settings'

  1. Click the 'Audio' tab on the left
  2. Make sure that 'User separate audio device to play ringtone simultaneously' is checked and make sure the selected audio device is the built-in speakers of the computer (will probably be called 'Realtek(R) Audio')
  3. Set the Speaker and Microphone to your headset by clicking the dropdown
