Click the Start button in the far bottom-left of your screen.
Click the 'Settings' button that has a gear icon next to it.
In the Settings window, click 'Accounts'.
Click the tab on the left that says 'Access work or school'.
Click 'Connected to CATC AD domain', then click the button that shows up that says 'Info'.
Scroll down until you see a button that says 'Sync', then click that button.
This should make a Window pop up that sends a notification to your phone saying something along the lines of 'Are you trying to sign in?'. Tap this notification on your phone, then type the 2-digit number shown on your computer's screen into your phone. This should remove any notifications telling you your device is not compliant.
