Clear Chrome cache

  1. In Google Chrome, click the three-dots menu in the far top-right (just under the X button).
  2. Click the 'Delete browsing data...' option.

  1. Click the 'Advanced' tab.
  2. Next to 'Time range', click the dropdown and select 'All time'.

  1. Make sure every box is checked EXCEPT for 'Passwords and other sign-in data'. You will have to scroll down some to be able to see and check all the boxes.
  2. Click 'Delete data'

  1. Close out Chrome completely. Make sure ALL Chrome windows are closed or this won't be completely effective. This includes any window with eClinicalWorks open, even if you think it is a separate app.
