In the far top-left of the eCW window, there is a hamburger menu (3 parallel lines stacked horizontally). Click this button to open the menu
Click the 'Menu' button
Click into the menu's search bar, and type in 'cache' (without the quotes).
Click the option that says 'Client Side Cache'.
It will appear like this hasn't done anything, but it has. After this has been clicked, close eCW completely. Also, make sure that eCW is not open multiple times as this has been known to happen. If it is open multiple times, close out every instance of eCW.
