Initiate a Message with a Patient
o Only providers may initiate a direct new patient message
o MAs may initiate only on “behalf of” provider
o In eCW
- Go to Patient Hub
- Click Message Hub button
o In Portal
o Once in Message Hub, click on pencil icon to start new message.
