Zoom Account Setup

This guide will show you how to set up a CareATC Zoom account

Zoom is an online meeting software that allows you to connect to other people via video conferencing with real-time messaging and content sharing. The CareATC Technology department can provide a free or paid account upon request. Please send requests to support@careatc.com

Free Zoom Account Features:

  • Unlimited 1-to-1 meetings.
  • HD Audio and Video
  • Simultaneous Screen Sharing
  • 40 minute time limit for meetings with 3 or more participants. 
  • Paid accounts remove the time limit
  • HIPAA Compliant
  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and AES 256 bits encryption
  • Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android compatible

Once you request your is approved, you'll get an email invitation similar to the picture below

  1. Click Activate Your Zoom Account
  2. You'll create your account by clicking Sign Up with a Password
  3. On the next page, fill out the required information including your First Name, Last Name, and set a password following the guidelines. Then, click Continue.
  4. That's it! You've successfully set up your CareATC Zoom Account.
