Zoom Account Setup
This guide will show you how to set up a CareATC Zoom account
Zoom is an online meeting software that allows you to connect to other people via video conferencing with real-time messaging and content sharing. The CareATC Technology department can provide a free or paid account upon request. Please send requests to support@careatc.com
Free Zoom Account Features:
- Unlimited 1-to-1 meetings.
- HD Audio and Video
- Simultaneous Screen Sharing
- 40 minute time limit for meetings with 3 or more participants.
- Paid accounts remove the time limit
- HIPAA Compliant
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and AES 256 bits encryption
- Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android compatible
Once you request your is approved, you'll get an email invitation similar to the picture below
- Click Activate Your Zoom Account
- You'll create your account by clicking Sign Up with a Password
- On the next page, fill out the required information including your First Name, Last Name, and set a password following the guidelines. Then, click Continue.
- That's it! You've successfully set up your CareATC Zoom Account.
