Brother MFC-8950 Series Scan to Email Instructions

1. Load the documents into the feeder on the top of the printer. The maximum number of pages that can be scanned is 35 pages.

2. Press the scan button on the touchscreen

3. Click the computer and magnifying glass button

4. Scan to Email                

5. Type the email address you wish to send to. You can just type the first few letters if you want like I did here with my first name. Then hit OK.

6. Select the name that you want to email.

7. Then select the email address.

8. Select the settings like scan quality, Duplex scan to on or off, etc. Then hit the start button.
