Zoom for Outlook

This document will help you schedule Zoom Meetings while using Microsoft Outlook.

Please note, there are different versions of Outlook so your layout may differ. However, the concept is still the same.

While using your Microsoft Outlook program, go to your Calendar. 

  • 1.    Click Schedule a Meeting
  • 2.    You’ll need to sign into your account.
  • 3.    Once you’re signed in, you should get some options for Zoom Meeting
  • 4.    Once you pick your settings for the meeting, hit continue and you’ll get your meeting details in the invitation area.
           
           a.    Invitee’s can join on their mobile phones with the ‘One tap mobile’ numbers, by dialing in with the ‘Dial by your location’ numbers
  • Now you’ve got your meeting set up with your Zoom information integrated!
